A brand evolution for Laura Duggal

A Calm + Confident Rebrand

I had the pleasure of working with Laura Duggal, a Parental Return to Work Coach who supports working parents and the organisations that employ them.

Her mission is to create inclusive, empowering environments where parents feel seen, valued, and supported as they return to work — all while helping HR leaders embed long-term cultural change.

Laura needed a brand identity that was both calm and emotionally intelligent, but also professional and credible in corporate environments.

The Creative Direction

Together, we explored two brand concepts and landed on a direction that beautifully reflected Laura’s warmth, clarity and confidence.

The aim was to create a visual identity that captured her values:

  • Feel human, warm and supportive

  • Appeal to progressive HR leaders

  • Communicate trust, confidence and care

We chose a design direction that felt professional and modern, yet still human and reassuring.

The Logo and Icon

The final logo features a circular icon made up of three connected shapes — a subtle nod to the ‘L’ and ‘D’ from Laura’s name. Each segment represents one part of her coaching ecosystem:

Laura, the client, and the organisation.

It’s simple, thoughtful and versatile — perfect for both digital and print use.

Deliverables included:
✔ Full logo suite
✔ Secondary logos and submarks
✔ Brand board + colour palette

We’re also working on Canva templates and social graphics next — giving Laura the tools to show up with consistency and confidence.
