Membership Terms & Conditions

Our core ethos for Groves Creative is to show you a way of doing business which empowers you and those around you. We practice what we preach and part of that involves setting out clearly from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join The Brand Confidence Club, (ā€œthe Membershipā€) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

Membership Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Groves Creative. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Groves Creative (ā€œweā€, ā€œourā€ or ā€œusā€) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

Membership Outline

The Brand Confidence Club is a membership designed for female founders and small business owners who want to improve their branding, design confidence, and online presence.

The membership provides educational content, design guidance, feedback, resources, workshops, and community support to help members create more consistent and professional branding and marketing materials.

The membership is suitable for business owners at various stages of business who wish to develop their design and branding skills. The content is designed to be applicable across a range of industries and business types and is not tailored to any individual member, business, or sector.

The Brand Confidence Club is not a done-for-you design service, branding project, or one-to-one consultancy programme. Any feedback, guidance, or training provided within the membership is for educational purposes only. Members requiring bespoke support, strategic consultancy, or design services should enquire separately about one-to-one services offered by Groves Creative.

Membership Specifics

There are four elements to the membership:

  1. Monthly Live Masterclasses

  2. Monthly Q&A Sessions

  3. Design Feedback Sessions

  4. A Private Telegram Group

Live Masterclasses

Workshops, training sessions and masterclasses will primarily be led by Samantha Groves, founder of Groves Creative. From time to time, guest speakers or industry specialists may also contribute to the membership.

Sessions will be delivered online via Google Meet or another suitable platform and will cover topics relating to branding, design, Canva, websites, content creation, accessibility, and visual communication for small businesses.

Members may have the opportunity to ask questions during live sessions; however, individual support, reviews, or feedback cannot be guaranteed within every session.

The training and guidance provided are based on Samantha's professional experience as a graphic designer and brand specialist, having worked with businesses across a wide range of industries for over 15 years.

Question & Answer Sessions

Members will have access to regular live Q&A sessions where they can ask questions relating to their branding, design, website, Canva projects, and business visibility.

Q&A sessions will be delivered online via Google Meet or another suitable platform. Whilst every effort will be made to answer as many questions as possible, individual responses cannot be guaranteed.

Design Feedback Sessions

Members may submit designs, branding assets, website pages, Canva graphics, or related materials for feedback in accordance with the submission process communicated within the membership.

Feedback is intended to provide guidance, suggestions, and professional recommendations. Members remain responsible for implementing any advice provided and for all final business and design decisions.

Private Telegram Group

Members will have access to a private Telegram community for the duration of their membership. The purpose of the community is to provide a supportive space where members can connect, share ideas, celebrate progress, ask questions, and learn alongside other business owners working on their branding, design, and online presence.

From time to time, Samantha Groves may contribute to discussions, answer questions, and provide guidance within the community. However, the Telegram group is not intended to provide one-to-one support, and responses are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the community, Groves Creative does not guarantee the ongoing availability of Telegram or any content, messages, files, or resources shared within the platform.

Behaviour

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.

Disclaimers

The Brand Confidence Club is designed to provide education, guidance, feedback, and resources to help members improve their branding, design confidence, and online presence.

Whilst the strategies, recommendations, and training provided are based on professional experience and industry best practice, we make no guarantees regarding business growth, increased revenue, lead generation, brand recognition, or any other specific results. Success will vary depending on individual circumstances, implementation, effort, and business objectives.

All content, feedback, and guidance provided within the membership are for educational purposes only and should not be considered bespoke business, legal, financial, or professional advice. Members remain responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes relating to their business.

Groves Creative accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, costs, or loss of opportunity arising from reliance on information provided within the membership.

Members are expected to treat fellow members with respect and maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the community. Groves Creative cannot be held responsible for information disclosed by members within the community or for the actions of other members.

Any design feedback provided reflects professional opinion and recommendations only. Final decisions regarding branding, design, accessibility, marketing, and implementation remain the responsibility of the member.

Contact and Schedule

It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any design feedback, live Q&As and live masterclass sessions will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which cause a session(s) to be postponed they will be re-arranged as soon as possible. 

Throughout the membership we will be available by email Monday to Thursday between 9am to 4pm via sam@grovescreative.co.uk and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated. 

If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include ā€œCLUBā€ in the subject line of your email correspondence.

You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.

Payment Terms

The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to monthly payments via Stripe which will be taken on the same day each month. 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found here.

We utilise Mailerlite to manage our communications with you and from time to time may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool. 

During the course of the membership you may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.  

You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others in the membership. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to ā€œAttendeeā€ with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured. 

Refunds and Cancellation 

We hope that you find The Brand Confidence Club valuable, supportive, and beneficial to both your business and professional development. Our aim is to provide high-quality training, practical resources, expert feedback, and a welcoming community to help you build confidence in your branding, design, and online presence.

However, we understand that circumstances can change and there may come a time when you wish to cancel your membership.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of subscription. Refund requests should be made in writing to sam@grovescreative.co.uk and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

In the event that one or more training sessions have already taken place within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the session(s) shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the membership. 

There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14 day cancellation period.

Membership is subject to an initial 3-month minimum term. Following this period, members may cancel at any time in writing via email to sam@grovescreative.co.uk using the subject ā€˜CANCEL’. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable. 

Intellectual Property 

During your time as a member you will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

If you have a complaint about the programme this should be made to made in writing to Samantha Groves at sam@grovescreative.co.uk

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I can't attend a live session?

Where possible, workshops and Q&A sessions will be recorded and made available to members after the event. Whilst every effort will be made to provide recordings, this cannot be guaranteed due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

What if I need additional support?

The membership includes group support, training, resources, and feedback opportunities. If you require bespoke advice, in-depth brand strategy, website consultancy, or one-to-one design support, additional services may be available through Groves Creative at an additional cost.

What if I am unable to participate for a period of time?

As the membership includes access to recordings, resources, and the community, no refunds or pauses will be offered for periods of non-attendance. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is the membership suitable for all businesses and stages of business?

The Brand Confidence Club is designed for female founders and small business owners who want to improve their branding, design confidence, Canva skills, website presence, and overall visual communication.

The membership is suitable for a wide range of industries and business stages, from those building their brand foundations through to established business owners looking for ongoing guidance and feedback. However, it is not intended to replace bespoke branding, design, or business consultancy services.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
